Appointments

In order to best accommodate the needs of your schedule and to maintain your hairstyle, we recommend that our clients book their upcoming appointments in advance. 

In the best consideration of our salon clients and our team of stylists, we respectfully ask that a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice be given for any appointment changes or cancellations. 

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment.

No shows/No calls will be charged 100% of booked service.

Salon Service Policies

Pricing for our salon services is based on the experience and education of the individual stylist, along with the demands for their time. Feel free to click on their profiles to see their unique list of services. 

Service prices vary by stylist and start at the prices listed. If you are seeking a specific price point, we are more than happy to provide options for you within the services of our stylists.

Please note that our service pricing may increase based on additional time or amount of product required to accommodate very thick or long hair. All prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.

In the instance you are not satisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon and we will redo the service. Our policy for a redo service is that you must call us within five (5) business days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. We believe in transparency and strive to communicate clearly about our services and their expected outcomes prior to your appointment.

In the case that the original stylist has no time available, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another member of our team

We accept returns of unopened or defective products. We can either exchange the product for a new one or give you a refund (your choice). Salon merchandise may be returned for an exchange or salon credit. Hair brushes may not be returned due to health and sanitation code restrictions. Products may not be returned after 14 days from the purchase date. 

Cancellation Policy

At Ron Carlos Salon, every appointment time is reserved just for you. When an appointment is missed or changed last-minute, it impacts both your stylist and guests who are waiting to get in.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy:

Cancellation Window

  • We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.

No-Show Appointments

  • If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us, it is considered a no-show.

  • No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service value.

  • Multiple no-shows may require prepayment or a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

Card on File

  • A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment.

  • Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
