Nothing feels better than making someone feel happy, confident, and beautiful. I consider this the most rewarding career and I am grateful that I have an amazing team who feels the same way.
I've been called the “Bob Queen”, I'm a lover of anything involving formal/wedding hair, and I have a new-found passion for extensions, which led me to become SKW certified. I also adore redheads, and the transformation color! I consider myself a native of the Raleigh area, moving here when I was young from Kansas. I always knew I had a natural talent when it came to styling. Shortly after graduating from high school, I started my journey as a stylist. I am a proud mom of three children. When I’m not with my kids or at the salon, I consider myself a homebody. However, we recently purchased a camper, so I’m looking forward to starting some new adventures in the future!

Hi, I’m Molly! I’m a Knightdale/Wendell native and color specialist passionate about helping women feel confident, beautiful, and authentically themselves.
Since graduating from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill in 2019, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering lived-in blondes and creating customized color for every client — from radiant reds and rich brunettes to natural gray coverage. While blonding remains my true passion, I love bringing any color vision to life in a way that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
What sets me apart is my commitment to understanding you. I believe great hair should enhance your life, not complicate it. That’s why I take the time to listen to your goals, routines, and concerns. Together we’ll create a personalized plan that keeps your hair healthy, effortless, and stunning between appointments.
In my chair, you’ll find a relaxing, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Whether you want subtle brightness, a full transformation, or hair that simplifies your mornings, my goal is the same: for you to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely happy.
Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me binging a good TV show, spending time with my husband and our two pups, exploring all things makeup, going on a Homegoods shopping spree, or relaxing with a Diet Coke in hand. Always cultivating a balanced, peaceful life.

Hey y'all, I'm Madison. I’m a blonding and extension specialist here at Ron Carlos and I love my job! When I’m not here, I’m spending time with my husband and two kids or in my garden digging in the dirt.
For a time, I was enrolled at the University of Winthrop to study visual arts with a concentration in printmaking and photography. While I was there, I realized my passion for the beauty industry, so I decided to enroll in the Paul Mitchell Academy in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated in 2013.
I truly believe this is the perfect profession for me where I’m able to do all the things I love. I am excited to work in an industry that is constantly evolving, giving me the opportunity to continue learning and adding to my skill set. I also love interacting and building relationships with people.
What do I love most about being a stylist? I take pride in my ability to create a fun and relaxing environment where you can achieve your hair dreams. If you are looking for someone who listens to your needs and expectations and will provide you with the expert advice you need to reveal your hair’s fullest potential, then you have found your hair home with me!

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a Raleigh native and have been behind the chair for 4 years specializing in lived-in color and dimensional styles that grow out beautifully and fit your lifestyle. I love creating looks that make my clients feel confident and effortless every day.
When you sit in my chair, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where we’ll talk through your hair goals and bring your vision to life. While I don’t offer short cuts like stacked bobs or pixies, I’m all about helping you achieve soft, natural movement and color that lasts.
Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending time with my daughter Ximena, planning my next travel adventure, and making memories with my niece and nephew. Being bilingual in English and Spanish also lets me connect with even more wonderful clients in our community.
I can’t wait to meet you in the salon and create something beautiful together!

Welcome to my oasis! I am Skyler Wilsey, originally from Central New York, but now residing in the wonderful town of Wendell.
I am a wife, mother, and an extreme animal lover. I understand first-hand how busy life can get. I take pride in creating simple routines for them to incorporate into their daily lives.
I am passionate about my practice and make it my goal to heal the body, mind, and soul of every guest that walks in my door.
I’m a graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy, renowned for its rigorous training, high standards, and innovative approach to skincare and bodywork. My approach to skincare is often different from others’, generating results by getting down to the root of the cause.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me soaking up the sun with my family, tending to my chickens, or diving into a new homesteading hobby.

As a woman I know how important it is to feel beautiful and special so I love having the opportunity to help people achieve that by doing there hair! I have been working at my craft for years in and out of school and I am determined to learn anything that I need to in order to grow and expand my knowledge. I enjoy making my clients feel beautiful, confident and comfortable. I prefer to do long layered haircuts, textured shoulder length hair cuts but specialize in blonding and lived in balayage’s. Hey there! My name is Maya, and I’ve lived in the Raleigh area my entire life. I enjoy gardening, being with my pups, painting, and catching up on my favorite shows. From a young age, I discovered my love for nails and nail art. Whether it was painting my own nails or experimenting with new designs, I found joy in creating miniature works of art right at my fingertips. As I grew older, this passion naturally extended to doing nails for friends and family, turning a simple hobby into a way to bring beauty and happiness to those around me.
I decided to take this passion to the next level, got my license, and turned my love for nails into a career. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team at RCS, where I’ve found an amazing home that allows me to do what I love every day. My ultimate goal with every client is to ensure that they leave my chair not only with beautiful nails but also with a smile on their face. I believe that nails are more than just a beauty service—they’re a form of self-expression, and I’m here to help my clients express themselves in the most fabulous way possible.

Hi, I’m Kelcey!
A North Carolina native with a passion for skincare and creating a space that feels calm and elevated where you can truly unwind. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me traveling, at the gym, spending time with my people, or with my high school sweetheart of four years. I truly believe in living a full, balanced life — and that same energy pours into my work.
My journey into esthetics wasn’t traditional. I originally pursued a path in the medical field, thinking that was where I was meant to be. After a year of switching between different jobs and directions, I realized I wasn’t fulfilled. I wasn’t excited. I wasn’t happy. So I chose myself — and I chose my dream.
Skincare has been a passion of mine since I was young. Becoming an esthetician wasn’t just a career move — it was stepping into exactly what I was created to do.
There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone leave my treatment room feeling confident in their own skin. I specialize in results-driven treatments tailored specifically to your skin’s needs while also ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. No two faces are the same — and your skincare shouldn’t be either.
My goal is to provide an elevated, welcoming space where you can fully relax, feel taken care of, and trust that your skin is in knowledgeable hands. I’m deeply committed to continuing education and staying current in this ever-evolving industry so I can always deliver the best for my clients.

Hello, I’m Jessika! I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 20 years now. My passion for this industry started early, as a young child playing ‘beauty salon’ in my grandmother’s beauty shop. I lived in North Carolina as a girl. I attended cosmetology school in Southern California and worked many years in one of San Diego’s top Salons. While working along side some of the best stylist in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to learn the latest techniques in women’s hair color and cutting. I specialize in Balayage, Lived in Color, and Beach Blonde Babes. I love to create personalized color combinations that accentuate movement and dimension. I truly believe that healthy hair is the first priority. I enjoy educating my guests on products that can help them achieve all their hair care goals at home. I love what I do and I see it as a true form of living art. Plus, there is nothing better than helping others feel and look their best!’
